Welcome Warry. Your levels seem fine. How long has the tank been running? If it's new and just matured, you may want to do a water change before you actually add any fish, just to reduce the nitrate a bit, if it's mature and full of fish then regular maintenance will keep your nitrate in that range. Pics are more than welcome! (I'm assuming freshwater, tropical?)

Hi there. Welcome to the forum
Levels seem fine, but would be interested to know what fish you have in the setup as different species require (or rather prefer) different PH levels.
7.2 would be fine for the average "Community" tropical setup though.
As Jim says we love photos on here, so it would be great to see some posted up here. |

yep ditto to all the above. Its not necessarily the actual chemistry that's important within reason, what is important is the stability of the water chemistry. Many people try to get their water levels to the text book perfect values by adding chemicals but in the long run the chemistry crashes and the tanklife is destroyed. You water seems good for most fish but as SJB says there are some fish that are very picky. is your tap water soft or hard?
And yes please post some pics |
