I'm afraid I can't help you with the UV issues as I've never used one, but that's one monster tank to start off with and some monster fish too! Cool

There are a fair few of the lads here who know about big fish/tank stuff so I am sure they'll be able to help you asap.

If you could answer a few questions in the mean time that will help us.

What are your water stats for ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, Ph, temp etc?
How long are you having your lights on for at the moment?
What's your maintenance routine - water changes/substrate cleaning etc?
How much/what do you feed the fish and how often?

Welcome to the forum!  I hope we can help you get to the bottom of your problems.  We love photos on here btw Wink

Slowly, slowly, happy tanky! :D
